About the position

Bioglan is growing rapidly, and it is time for us to expand with another colleague. We are now looking for a driven and responsible IT technician to strengthen our IT team. The role is perfect for you who have experience and want to take the step towards more advanced tasks and responsibilities. Here, you will become an important part of a dynamic work environment where we work together to make a difference.

In the role of IT technician, you will work broadly as the primary 1st and 2nd line support for the company and be a backup for our IT manager with 3rd Line Support maintenance and administration of data centers and networks.

Your tasks will include:

• Being the primary 1st and 2nd line support within the company and diagnosing and solving technical problems.

• Responsible for the installation of standard software/hardware and assisting with certain technical issues related to employees' mobile phones or computers. In your work, you will also support colleagues with the configuration and start of video conferences, as well as ensure that all equipment functions as it should.

• Creating helpful guides, FAQ sections, and conducting training based on common questions.

• Documentation of IT processes and routines (IT SOPs).

• Keeping records of customer cases and solutions in a case management system.

• Being a backup for network and system management and identifying/resolving issues.

• Participating in and driving projects that fall within the responsibility role.

Your profile

As a person, you are social and have a strong personal drive, high engagement, and a good eye for both the big picture and details. You have a natural sense of service and an engaged and professional working style. We would like you to have a good ability to structure and plan your work as well as handle a sometimes high pace. In addition, you have good collaboration skills but also work well independently and are not afraid to flag when you need help.

You communicate very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you are a flexible person who appreciates teamwork just as much as you take responsibility and drive solutions all the way to the goal!

In addition, we see that you have:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT support at the 2nd line level or equivalent.

• Knowledge of network maintenance and system administration.

• Good knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory.

• Experience in troubleshooting networks and hardware.

• Basic understanding of IT security and server administration.

• Ability to work structured and independently with multiple cases simultaneously.

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience in working with GMP operations and the requirements involved is a plus.
